worldrecommended is a great place to share your tips on places you love - be they local restaurants and bars or great places you found while travelling.

You can add any kind of place to worldrecommended, from museums to motorway service stations, ruins to railways, bars to bowling alleys - anything you have enjoyed and think other people would like to discover should they visit the area.

Places can be in any part of the world - we like to think of worldrecommended as a great place to share your discoveries with a wider audience - an enlarged version of travellers stories around the campfire.

For every place you can write a review, and based on the places you love and that other people you will be given personal recommendations of new places to visit.

Better yet we share advertising revenue with all users based on their participation - you will receive 50% of the advertising revenue generated by the places you have added, giving you a great source of pocket money to save up for your next trip!

How to get started

1. Sign Up
2. Add a place - Give it a title, description and add address details, uploading images should you wish. Once you've added the address click 'Map This' to place the node on the map.
   If the marker is in the wrong place you can move it by clicking the right location on the map. This helps us recommend other places in the local area and helps others find your place
3. Submit your review of the place underneath the newly created place, browse other people's discoveries and above all have fun!
