Au Parc is a sanctuary for expats in the centre of Saigon. Just off Le Duan with a view of the trees that line the boulevard of Le Duan - perhaps the biggest group of trees in District 1 - Au Parc is a relief from the noise, heat and concrete of the city.
Au Parc is run by the same group who run Au Tresor (their Deli on Nguyen Hue), The Refinery and Arab Kebab, among others. Inside you have a wonderful selection of fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps as well as more weighty main courses... and of course the delicious cakes! They also offer a wide range of smoothies, juices and great illy coffee.
All this does come at a price, and compared to standard backpacker fare you will be paying a bit more. Still, if you have been needing a treat after a long time on the road or just on a budget, Au Parc is a great place to have it

I love this place - great to have good bread for a good sandwich! Not somewhere I go to often but it means every time I'm in for a good meal
